Angela joins the team

Hello, I’m Angela, and the newest member of the Shrewsbury Youth Mission Team.

Coming from a media background and more recently a school environment, I found that I now felt called to rejoice and proclaim my faith in a deeper way, and wanted to share and promote the love that the Lord has for us and every one of us.

Joining the team at SYM has allowed me to do this and support them in their mission to encourage, engage and equip the next generation of the church, and bring them closer to Jesus.

In my spare time I love to read, spend time with the family, and walk in the great outdoors enjoying His creation.

My favourite scripture verse would be “Come to me all you who labour and are overburdened, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28

It reminds me that no matter how busy life gets, that the Lord is always there with us, supporting us, if we just remember to put our trust in Him.
